Then we will proceed with the amendment of the compost and its watering. Incorporation of lime to compensate for limescale loss and release nitrogen will promote microbial activity, correct the acidity of the compost and be effective against insects.
Supply of organic compounds, rich in potash, nitrogen and other organic compounds that will give consistency to compost. This contribution is particularly suitable for vegetable crops.
Once this stage is done, you will have to let the compost rest (about 3 to 4 weeks) to allow microorganisms to grow. They will produce heat, it will monitor the moisture of the compost, air supply and check the balance between carbon / nitrogen.
